SISTER Wives star Christine Brown has flaunted her svelte physique in a new video.
Christine appeared in a video shared on Instagram yesterday and revealed her supplementation routine.

The Sister Wives’ personalities looked radiant and healthy throughout the video, accompanied by the uplifting song Don’t Worry Be Happy.
Christine wore dark pants with a bright amethyst top for the clip.
She left her long blonde hair down and showed off her noticeably slimmer arms and torso as she filmed in her immaculate kitchen.
The 50-year-old wore minimal makeup and opted for a natural look with a subtle manicure.
In the video, Christine showed off the plexus supplements she was taking throughout the day.
Standing at her kitchen island, she held bags of powder up to the camera, which she then diluted in a bottle of water.
In the caption above the video, she explained that the supplements’ benefits included: “Clean energy, clears the brain fog, no tremors, no afternoon crash.”
A photo included in the montage also showed her smiling broadly and holding a pill at the camera.

The next clip showed Christine standing further from the screen as she rubbed her flat stomach after celebrating “no more food baby” earlier this week.
The reality TV star beamed for the camera as the caption encouraged: “Enjoy feeling good!”
She then opened her bottle of Plexus and gave viewers a virtual cheer before taking a sip of the drink.

Janelle Brown, 53, also quickly appeared in the video.
Earlier this month, The US Sun revealed which of Kody Brown’s exes were outselling Plexus.
According to Plexus Worldwide’s Weekly Leaders Spotlight for the week of March 5-11, both Christine, 50, and Janelle, 53, earned the titles of “Top VIP Customer Sign Ups” and “Top Business Building Bonuses.”
Despite the performances of both ladies, Janelle proved to be more successful in business than Christine.
According to the Plexus points system, Janelle is a Diamond Brand Ambassador, meaning she is at the “top of leadership” within the weight loss company.
Christine is now a Sapphire Brand Ambassador, which is the “second highest rank of leadership.”
LOVE LIFE
In addition to marketing weight loss supplements, Christine has dabbled in a new romance with boyfriend David Woolley.
After posting a photo of herself and her boyfriend, fans jumped into the comments section to applaud the star for finding happiness since leaving Kody in November 2021.
One person wrote: “I’ve never been so genuinely happy for someone I don’t know. That fills my heart.”
Another fan said, “You all look amazing together,” and a third commented, “Live your best life.”
