WEDDING PLANNING
Kody, 54, and Christine announced their split in November 2021 after 25 years together, around the same time the reality star left Flagstaff, Arizona and moved to Salt Lake City.
Their relationship has been on the rocks since their mental breakup and Kody is still “broken and angry” to this day.
Immediately after her engagement, Christine asked her fans for help planning her wedding.
She wrote in an Instagram post: “We don’t always get second chances in life, I’m blessed to have found mine. To have found my happy life. It’s time to plan a wedding!!!”
“I’m asking for help from all Utahns, our wedding cake, flowers and more and most importantly my WEDDING DRESS.”
While she’s been staying mum for the past few months, she announced the location of her wedding back in May when she posted a video from Moab.
The now-wife and her fiancé were accompanied by Janelle and her and Kody’s daughter Savannah to ride RZR through the desert.
Janelle posted one Video from their weekend trip and wrote: “I have never been on a rock crawl or a 4×4 adventure. I can’t wait to go back…Thank you @christine_brownsw and @david__woolley for hosting Savanah and I on this little adventure!”
Perhaps their short trip sparked the idea of celebrating their wedding in Moab.
LOVE STORY
Christine and David announced their engagement in April.
The couple began dating in the fall of 2022, but the exact date is unknown as they only made their relationship public in February 2023.
According to Christine, they met on the dating website Stir.com.
The TLC star told her fans at the time: “I have finally found the love of my life, David. When he held me for the first time, it felt like my soul had taken its first breath.”
“He is wonderful and kind, incredible with my children and an adorable grandpa. I never thought I could find love like this. #blessed #soulmate #feelgood #lovemylife #partner.”
The US Sun reported that the duo bought a home together in March – a brand new four-bedroom, three-bathroom home worth $770,000 in Lehi, Utah.
Since then, Christine and David have spent time renovating their backyard when they are not traveling abroad as a family.
They plan to add a brand new hot tub, a shed, a playground for their grandchildren, a fire pit and garden boxes.
