Melania sees Barron as a spinning spitting image of his father.

“Sometimes I call him little Donald. He’s a mix of us in looks, but his personality is why I call him little Donald,” Melania told Parenthood in 2015.

“He doesn’t mind getting dressed [a suit] — but not every day — and he likes to put on a tie like Daddy sometimes,” she said in a 2013 interview with ABC News.

“I call him ‘Mini Donald’. He’s my priority,” she said.

Barron was born to be Trump’s mini-me. His name was handpicked by the real estate mogul and he drew inspiration from his own wild past.

The name Barron came from his father’s well-known alias, John Barron, according to The Washington Post.

This alias dates back to the 1980s when Trump pretended to be his own spokesman.

He used “John Barron” when he had a difficult message or when he didn’t want to be associated with the message he was spreading.

Reporters believed the facade and quoted the spokesman for nearly a decade until Trump was forced under oath to tell the truth about his pseudonym in 1990.

Trump loved the name so much that his only note to the writer of The Apprentice, a scripted drama based on Trump’s life, was to change the main character’s last name to Barron.

The former president reportedly got the trick from his own father, who commonly goes by the alias “Mr. Green” used.

When Trump’s third son was born in 2006, he named him after his beloved pseudonym. However, Melania chose his middle name, William.

Trump’s body language shows how proud he is of his son.

“[Donald] tends to stand him right in front of her and clutch both shoulders in a gesture of pride and affirmation,” body language expert Judi James told Express in 2020.
