Shocking photos reveal Davidson County crash after plane crashes into tractor truck on North Carolina highway
A PLANE crashed into a North Carolina highway Wednesday, with emergency crews rushing to the scene.
According to reports, a tractor-trailer was involved in the crash and as a result shut off the southbound lanes of I-85 in Davidson County.

The plane crashed onto the highway and was hit by a tractor-trailer.
The incident happened around 5:10 p.m. near Davidson County Airport.
The lanes are expected to reopen until after 8 p.m., officials said.
The fire had to be extinguished by first responders at the crash site.
It is not known at this time whether there are injuries or not.
