ENGLAND midfielder Jude Bellingham was seen on the pitch RESULT towards the end of the 1-1 Nations League draw against Germany.
The Borussia Dortmund star came on as a first-half substitute for the injured Kalvin Phillips who sustained an early thigh injury.
And he drew attention across the pitch as the 18-year-old chased every ball, always looking to finish off the German players quickly in an impressive display.
As is usual for the box-to-box teenager, he kept shooting back to help his defense before continuing in the final third.
No other player made more than his seven tackles as he attempted to dominate Hansi Flick’s side in front of the German fans who know him so well.
But Bellingham’s tireless workload proved too much in stoppage time… when he was seen throwing up after tracing back the length of the pitch.
The incident happened just outside the Three Lions’ box as the former Birmingham City boy bent over after one last lung-ripping run before spitting on the Allianz Arena lawn.
Fans were quick to notice Bellingham’s exhaustion, with one Twitter user saying: “Didn’t you just see anyone Bellingham throwing up on the field?
Another remarked: “What a performance from Bellingham…topped with spitting all over the pitch.”
A third added: “Bellingham is literally sick of the Germans there.”

This supporter then quipped, “When people say Jude Bellingham is ill, he agrees with them! What a ball.”
Meanwhile, an eagle-eyed TV viewer tweeted, “I swear I just saw Bellingham throw up after that lung-bursting run.”
Another commented: “Just me or did Bellingham puke on the pitch?!”
That supporter then simply said, “Swear Bellingham was just sick of the whole gaff.”
With Phillips potentially ruled out of Saturday’s England-Italy clash, Bellingham could be rewarded with a start against the Azzurri at Wembley.
