In it, the amused 6-year-old can be seen watching as security guards stand around his two toy guns, taking pictures with a phone.

The camera pans to the family’s other bags, which appear to have been checked by officers and marked as “checked baggage.”

According to local media, the boy was arrested by airport authorities for carrying “suspicious items” after guards spotted his toy pistols.

The boy carried his two favorite plastic guns in his Mario Bros backpack for a family trip to Oaxaca to celebrate his birthday.

Picky guards then checked the boy’s backpack before making his parents open their suitcases as well.

The family was held for around 20 minutes before they were allowed to board their plane.

A family member said the boy was allowed to take five toys with him on the trip, which he packed at the last minute.

In addition to a couple of teddy bears, he also picked out his two favorite plastic pistols for the trip.
