SHOCKING images show the chaos after a pedal pub overturned on Saturday, injuring 15 people, two of whom were in critical condition.

The incident involved the Atlanta Pedal Pub, according to the Atlanta Police Department.

Atlanta Fire and Rescue said three suffered serious injuries and 10 others suffered minor injuries in addition to the two critical casualties.

The Pedal Pub crashed at the intersection of 14th Street and West Peachtree.

It’s unclear how fast the pedal bar was moving down the street at the time of the crash.

No other vehicles were involved.

It is believed that everyone on board the pedal bar was adults.

“Alcohol plays no role for us,” the fire commander on site told reporters.

He also noted that this was being treated as a multiple casualty incident, which resulted in more first responders being on the scene.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

According to FOX5 Atlanta reporter Rob DiRienzo, witnesses at the scene said the treadle fell on its side, trapping some of the victims.

“Immediately, the public came running out of their cars,” a witness said.

“People have clearly been hurt,” she said, adding the public intervened “so quickly.”

She said a man even began directing traffic around the incident.
