He faces multiple charges and was denied Thursday morning after court documents containing the chilling information about the alleged attack were released.
Allswang appeared in court in a wheelchair with a helmet over his head for sustaining injuries when he was shot in the head while Palm Beach County officials were rescuing the woman.
Authorities say the woman, who worked as a mental health therapist, met with Allswang several times, but there were usually other people at the Boca Raton home.
The woman told police while recovering at Wellington Regional Hospital that she assumed there were other people in the home after seeing other cars in the driveway.

Allswang has been seen by therapists and social workers to “help him function in society, like get a job, create a resume, and behave during a job interview,” she said.
People who had previously worked with Allswang reportedly “warned” the woman that he had had a sexual battery charge since he was young.
When their meeting ended, Allswang reportedly asked the woman to stay longer and went to her “personal room,” making her uncomfortable.
She said she asked Allswang several times to let her go, but he said he would not let her go, according to the police report.
The woman claims Allswang repeatedly punched her in multiple places on her body and face “with his hands and his knees.”
Allswang also allegedly raped the woman and strangled her from behind four or five times.
He reportedly threatened to kill her as he dragged her around the house by her hair, but the woman said her mental health training has allowed her to “adapt to his behavior changes to have a chance of survival”.
She once believed the man might have had a gun, but later saw a large kitchen knife Allswang held to her throat.
According to court documents, text messages were sent from the woman’s phone to her partner, saying she was stopped by police and taken to a hotel for the evening.
The partner told investigators the messages were strange and she did not reply to his messages.
Her mother filed a missing persons report on Saturday after not hearing from her daughter after her appointment the night before.
Officers from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office came to the home matching the address of the woman’s appointment and made several attempts to contact them, but heard no one at the home.
They arrived again early in the morning after the woman’s partner called, but MPs said they had received no reply, but this time they heard a woman scream.
The home was breached at 9:39 a.m. and officers found the master bedroom locked. When they knocked it down, they found Allswang holding the woman hostage in the closet with the knife, still by her throat.
Sergeant William Nogueras shot Allswang once in the head to subdue him. He was taken to the hospital and survived his injuries.
Nogueras is on paid administrative leave under department protocols.

Allswang’s father, Elliot Allswang, told detectives he and his wife were in New York and their other son was at the camp at the time of the alleged incident.
Tzvi Allswang faces six felonies, including attempted first-degree murder with a weapon, kidnapping and four counts of violent sexual assault.
