A suspect’s girlfriend, who prosecutors believed killed and dismembered another girlfriend, has been charged with using the victim’s power card.

Prosecutors claimed in court Monday that D’Asia Johnson, whose body was stuffed into suitcases at her Cypress Hills home in September, was also the victim of her suspected killer’s other girlfriend.

In addition to 23-year-old Justin Williams being named by prosecutors as a suspect in Johnson’s murder, according to the New York Daily News, his other girlfriend was charged in court with using the victim’s benefit card since her death.

It is currently not clear if Williams’ other girlfriend, the mother of his children, has been arrested or charged with a crime.

What his other girlfriend, who was not named in court, is said to have bought with the EVU card has not been published.

The new information in the case was revealed as Williams appeared in a Nassau County courtroom to address charges of bail, grand larceny and assault – all unrelated to Johnson’s death.

Nassau County Attorney General Brendan Brosh confirmed to The Sun that Williams was charged today and his bail “was set by Judge Terence Murphy at $250,000 bail, $125,000 cash or $1.25 million partially secured bail at 10 percent.” .

Defense attorney Mindy Plotkin pleaded not guilty on his behalf during the hearing.

Williams was exposed in court as a person of interest in the murder of his girlfriend Johnson by Nassau County Assistant District Attorney Brittany Gurrieri.

Johnson’s remains were found in two suitcases next to a meat cleaver at her Cypress Hills home on September 21.

Before Johnson was dismembered, she was killed by multiple stab wounds to her torso, according to a coroner’s autopsy.

Williams was only arrested by the NYPD on Sunday and taken to authorities in Nassau.

Images of five men and a woman were released by the NYPD over the weekend as police attempt to identify and question them, sources told the New York Daily News.

When officers discovered Johnson’s body last month, they found “a large amount of blood” and human remains in the Brooklyn apartment.

Johnson’s body was not immediately released and an investigation was launched.

Residents of the building told the New York Post the woman who lived in the apartment had a boyfriend and they often argue.

Neighbor Kim Angeles, 24, told the outlet the building’s superintendent was the first to spot the human remains and called the police.
