THIS was the chilling moment when a woman’s ex-boyfriend opened his window in the middle of the night just hours after she broke up with him.
Troublesome clip, shared on TikTokcaused Madison users to shake visibly with fear when she filmed the terrifying encounter last month.
According to Toledo Police, authorities were first called to the residence Ohio on January 23 on reports of a domestic dispute.
Madison told police that her ex-boyfriend Damien behaved violently after she told him she wanted to end their relationship.
The young woman locked herself in the bathroom when her ex angrily banged on the door.
Police confirmed they were able to remove the man, who they confirmed to be a registered sex offender, thanks to the property near a nearby school.
But at 3 a.m., the man was caught on camera showing the house through the window as Madison repeatedly asked him to leave.
“After being escorted out by the police and asked to leave. At 3 a.m. he started knocking on my window,” she wrote on the clip.
“Will you let me in?” said the man as he opened the curtains and the cold exchange began.
“No,” Madison replied, before asking him to leave and close the window.
“Are you serious? I came here to check on you,” her ex replied before Madison repeated her instructions.
Damien can then be heard saying, “Are you serious,” as Madison simply repeats her instructions.
When the clip ended, the woman said her ex had stated he would “get back to doing the rest” despite being told he needed a police presence during the visit. next.
And posting the clip to TikTok a day later, she was quick to condemn his late-night antics – she admitted that she had been confronting his behavior for “nearly two years.”
Captioning the video, she wrote: “When it’s over, it’s time to try and fix my windows. No one deserves this”.
The video quickly went viral with thousands of likes and comments as police later confirmed that it had been submitted as evidence of criminal charges.
In a follow-up video, posted just days later, Madison confirms to her 27,000 followers that she is fine and that charges have been filed against her ex-boyfriend.
She said: “There’s an active subpoena, I’m just waiting for him to be arrested so we can take it to court.”
She also confirmed that she received window locks and window alarms thanks to sponsors on TikTok and GoFundMe and is looking to move on from the incident.
