For the unorthodox workout routine, she wore colorful leggings along with a matching red sports bra and trainers.

Shilpa is known for following a rigorous fitness regimen that includes a mix of bodyweight training, core strength training, yoga, and cardio.

But this is the first time she’s incorporated a household item into one of her workouts.

Shilpa giggled as she lifted a tissue roll over her head to show off her super-healthy stomach before dropping it behind her.

Shilpa finally caught it after disobeying the rules of the game and spinning around as she tossed it over her head.

Still, she took the opportunity to inspire her 30.3 million followers with words of wisdom — that apply to both life and the gym.

The Hindi film legend wrote: ‘I haven’t had success… and sometimes it’s okay not to have success either; as long as you try and do your best!”

“Perfect timing is the be-all and end-all if you want to be successful.

“Synchronizing all of our muscles at the perfect time is key.”

“It’s also great for hand-eye coordination and reflexes, and it’s a good stretch for the back. My goodness, that was hard!”

She encouraged her fans to take part in the Tissue Roll Catch Challenge and promised to repost any videos that impressed her.

Although Shipla showed off some impressive tricks, most fans were more interested in her incredible figure.

Social media users flooded the comments section with compliments and amorous emojis to show their appreciation.

One said, “Please stop looking so hot every time!”

Another wrote: “Awesome! You look amazing.”

And a third added: “Love your workout clothes.”
