Shania Twain, 57, looks completely unrecognizable with her dramatic hair makeover in stunning new photos

SHANIA Twain has introduced a dramatic new hairstyle that makes the country music icon almost unrecognizable.

The You’re Still The One singer unveiled the new makeover while promoting her upcoming album Queen of Me.

In the days leading up to the release of her sixth studio album, which will be out on February 3, 57-year-old Shania stunned when she dyed her recently brunette hair a beachy blonde.

The Queen of Country Pop showcased her blonde locks during the Baileys Hosts Cocktails with Republic Records Artists event at Beauty & Essex.

This is the first of Shania’s albums to be produced by the label, like her previous two albums, Up! and Now were published by Mercury Nashville.

The man! I feel like a woman! Artist wore a matching orange blouse and ankle length skirt.

The silk outfit complemented the star’s long blonde hair, which fell gracefully over her shoulders and over the shiny material.

Last December, Shania showed off her figure in a leopard print outfit, channeling an iconic look she wore 25 years ago.

The 57-year-old singer recreated the ensemble cast from her music video for That Don’t Impress Me Much.

Shania wowed viewers when she arrived at the 2022 People’s Choice Awards in an outfit reminiscent of the 1998 music video.

She walked the red carpet rocking the iconic leopard print look, consisting of a black velvet dress, sheer bodice and bandeau.

She also wore a leopard print fabric draped over her shoulders to mimic the cape she wore in the video.

The Ontario native completed her glamor with a full face of makeup and her hair dyed a light shade of pink.

Shania was presented with the Music Icon Award by Billy Porter at the ceremony and she performed to a full crowd.

She stunned audiences with a couple of other sexy ensembles – one, a skintight pink suit with a pink cowgirl hat, and the second was a sparkling nude bodysuit.

Fans were smitten by the country star’s sultry attire, as Twitter was flooded with comments about her looks.

One person praised her youthful looks, tweeting, “Shania you are still as beautiful and sexy as ever.”

Another gushed: “YOU LOOKED AMAZING!!”

A third echoed: “Shania Twain looks amazing! 57! Wow. #PeopleChoiceAwards.”

And a fourth said: “Wow! What did @ShaniaTwain do to herself? She looks damn hot, loves that pink hair. She looks like her old hot self #PeopleChoice.”

“MISSABLE” LANGUAGE

However, some shared their concerns about the Still The One singer after claiming her speech sounded a bit “messy”.

“Is Shania Twain drunk?” a fan concerned while another fan asked: “Did anyone else feel that Shania Twain was a little “excited” during her speech at the People’s Choice Awards?”

Shania also changed the lyrics in her classic hit That Don’t Impress Me Much and thanked Ryan Reynolds, who went home with the other Icon Award.

ON TOUR AGAIN

The Grammy Award-winner recently announced that she will be back on the road for her Queen of Me tour.

On November 3, 2022, Shania shared the news that she would be hitting multiple cities to promote her upcoming album Queen of Me.

The tour reveal follows the release of Shania’s song “Waking Up Dreaming,” the lead single from her Queen of Me album.

As previously mentioned, the record is her sixth album overall and her first since 2017’s feature-length project Now.

Before embarking on another concert tour, she completed her Let’s Go! Visited Las Vegas months earlier, on September 10, 2022.

NEW ALBUM

Queen of Me is the latest step in what Shania is calling her “rehab” on the world stage after two major health issues.

In 2003, while riding a horse, she contracted a tick, a type of bacterial infection.

It affected the nerves in her vocal cords and meant she needed open throat surgery to save her voice.

“I didn’t know if I would ever sing again,” she tells me.

“I thought my career was over.”

Then, much later, at the height of the pandemic, she had a life-threatening bout of Covid pneumonia.

Shania says: “I was not well and I was in a hospital isolation room for several days.

“I got plasma therapy because I didn’t have antibodies, but eventually they started working and I was out of the woods.”

After her recovery and as soon as she was able to travel, Shania traveled to London for the sessions that led up to Queen Of Me, including a song about her breathing difficulties, Inhale/Exhale Air.
