Shakira ‘worked out that Gerard Piqué cheated on her with Clara Chia Marti after discovering a tiny clue in her FRIDGE’

SHAKIRA has reportedly found out that Gerard Pique allegedly cheated on her after he found an empty jam jar in her fridge.

The Colombian singer, 45, and Pique, 35, split last year after the Spanish soccer ace left her for 23-year-old Clara Chia Marti.

The pair have been locked in a bitter argument since they split after a 12-year romance.

Rumors that the former Barcelona star was having an affair first surfaced in June – and the couple shocked fans with a joint statement announcing their split just days later.

And according to ShowNews Today, Shakira found out Pique cheated after spotting a tiny clue in her fridge.

She was reportedly returning home from a trip to find a jar of strawberry jam in her fridge had been eaten.

It’s reported that neither Pique nor the kids like strawberry jam – leading Shakira to conclude the Spaniard was having an affair and someone else was at their house.

Shakira herself alludes to the alleged affair in the music video for her latest single Te Felicito.

The singer can be seen opening a fridge and fans are suggesting she reveals how she found the “truth in the fridge”.

The new track also hits at Clara’s age with the lyrics: “I’m worth two 22’s. You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo, you traded a Rolex for a Casio.”

It comes after Shakira was said to be “devastated” over new footage of an August 2021 Zoom interview that appeared to show Clara at the family home in Spain.

It was ten months before she and Gerard announced their split.

The video shows a woman resembling Clara stepping into the picture as Gerard spoke to US video live streaming service Twitch while Shakira was reportedly abroad with the boys.

Shakira and Pique split last year, and Pique went public with his relationship with Clara in August.

After their extraordinarily bitter breakup, no act of revenge was too petty.

Pique reacted to Shakira’s new stretch by showing up to work in an £8,000 Renault Twingo and boasting about his new seven-a-side project that the King’s League had a sponsorship deal with Casio – adding that the cheaper watch would “last a lifetime”.

In another twist, Shakira placed a terrifying life-size witch doll on her balcony, across from her mother-in-law’s house on the same street.

Neighbors reported that she also repeatedly blasted out the new song – BZRP Music Sessions #53 – for Gerard’s mother Montserrat Bernabéu to hear.

After the release of Shakira’s song on January 11, it amassed more than 14 million views and reached the top 5 of the global Spotify chart.
