The family can relax in front of their fireplace and enjoy community amenities including a clubhouse, outdoor pool, nature trails and pickleball courts.

MOVE QUICKLY
The couple’s relationship brought a few surprises.
When they started dating is still unclear, although according to a source, they secretly dated a few months before the IPO.
They officially went public with their relationship in February, which is over a year since Christine publicly announced her split from ex Kody Brown in November 2021.
Together, Kody and Christine have six children: Aspyn (27), Mykelti (26), Paedon (24), Gwendlyn (21), Ysabel (19) and Truely (13).
For his part, David is the widow of his eight children, whom he is slowly introducing to the public.
The Utah construction manager will be part of the new season of Sister Wives, The US Sun reported, and they even filmed the proposal.
Christine and David have gushed over each other on social media, calling each other “my queen” and “my king.”
Two months after their IPO, the Plexus ambassador shared the news of their engagement on April 14.
“We are engaged! David asked the question VERY romantically and I said YES! I’m so excited and just living in bliss everyday!” she wrote.
WHAT’S NEXT
Over the weekend, Christine told her followers that “it’s time to start planning a wedding.”
Posing on her patio deck, the reality star showed off her ring and asked her fans for help with her planning.
She captioned the new pictures: “Ask for help from all Utah residents, our wedding cake, flowers, more and most importantly my wedding dress.
“Please reach out to me and DM me your information if you are a local designer, artist or property owner in Utah and can help me with my wedding.”
Now that Christine and David have officially moved in together, they will most likely put their homes up for sale.
According to real estate records, David purchased his home in Eagle Mountain, Utah, estimated at $573,000 in March 2022.
Christine purchased her home in Murray, Utah in July 2021, valued at $1.1 million.
