Jinger’s book, Becoming Free Indeed, is out next week.

In it, the reality star shares her experiences as she struggled to break free from a restrictive belief.

Jinger’s parents, Jim Bob, 57, and Michelle Duggar, 56, follow the teachings of the Institute in Basic Life Principles (IBLP), which preaches a specific hierarchy of authority, beginning with Jesus at the top, followed by church elders and then husbands, charged with protecting their wives and children.

But the 29-year-old has been known to rebel against her father’s ultra-conservative ways, wearing revealing clothing and breaking other of his rules.

Now she appears to be preparing to reveal even more.

Just days ago, Jinger shared a personal video while wearing tiny denim shorts.

She posted the video on her YouTube page, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at her latest photoshoot for People magazine.

The seven-and-a-half-minute video featured Jinger in a variety of outfits, doing her hair and makeup, and posing for the camera.

Jinger had a photo shoot stylist choose her outfits and opted for super short denim shorts and a fuzzy white sweater for one shot.

One scene in the video showed Jinger walking towards the sea on a beach, showing off her long legs as she strutted on the sand.

The photo crew followed her with a light reflector as she turned and looked over her shoulder at the camera and smiled.

Earlier this month, Jinger was spotted out shopping in a sexy jumpsuit and heels.

The Duggar daughter wore a belted black jumpsuit and matching black heels as she ran to Trader Joe’s to do her grocery shopping.

She teamed the look with a bright yellow blazer over it and wore her newly highlighted ash blonde hair in waves.

The former reality star recently changed her hair with lighter blonde highlights.

Revealing clothing and dyed hair are two of her family no-nos.

Jinger broke several rules during the recent festive season.

In pictures shared to Instagram, she wore skin-tight jeans as she posed for a photo in Lake Arrowhead Village, California.

The mother-of-two paired her skinny jeans with a fitted teal jumper and a pair of red and white sneaker boots as she struck a candid pose in the middle of the street.

Her highlighted hair was left sleek and Jinger grinned from ear to ear as she enjoyed the week between Christmas and New Year’s.

She captioned the post: “Twixmas in the mountains. It’s nice to retreat to the mountains for a bit to solve some puzzles, watch movies (or the new season of Alone), and just chill.

“The year 2023 is only a few days away and with that comes a busy January and February for me! So take full advantage of that downtime,” added Jinger.

The majority of the Duggar family spent Christmas in Arkansas, but Jinger seems to have decided to spend the holidays with husband Jeremy’s relatives instead.

Days after Thanksgiving, Jinger tucked into skinny jeans and showed off her long legs.

At the time, she posted several photos on her Instagram Stories recording her audiobook version of her new tell-all.

The former reality star took a break from her recording to grab a cup of coffee.

The Duggar daughter snapped a photo of herself in a reflection walking down the street wearing a sweatshirt and super skinny jeans.

Her religious parents require all ladies to wear long, modest skirts and dresses that cover their arms and legs.

Jinger defied her father’s rules on vacation last year by wearing a short skirt during her trip with Jeremy.

The couple shared snaps from their romantic trip to Valencia, California on Instagram.

Among her many activities was a fun round of golf.

The Counting Alum wore a sleeveless pink floral shirt and a black short skirt that teased her long legs.

She also had a white cap on her head when she teeed off.

Jinger’s legs were slightly bent but not bent as she kept her eyes on the white golf ball.

In the short clip, Jinger swings and hits the golf ball in slow motion.
