Schoolboy Paedo, 15, ‘murders girl, 5, and throws her naked body in bin’ after being RELEASED for raping another child

A pedophile STUDENT accused of murdering a girl has been released from custody for raping another child, prosecutors in France said.
The 15-year-old suspected killer, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested Tuesday in connection with the death of five-year-old Rose.

He is said to have abducted her from outside their family home before killing her and then dumping her naked body in a garbage bag at an apartment 100 meters from her home.
The suspect was arrested in Rambervillers in the Eastern Vosges department in France.
It has now emerged that he was only released from a secure unit and should be under custody in February after being charged with kidnapping and raping a minor in early 2022, when he was 14.
Rose’s mother – who asked to be addressed by her first name, Bianca – broke her silence on the scandal on Wednesday, saying: “I’m devastated – they killed my baby.”
She added: “It’s too painful, this will never go away. They say that two weeks ago he was locked up in a psychiatric hospital. Why did they let him out?
“I want justice to be done so that we no longer leave the sick outside. They don’t destroy a single life, they destroy the life of the whole family.
“They destroyed my life, all my memories of my daughter, all my plans, they took everything from me. They took my little princess with them. I don’t want to let people like that out anymore.”
Bianca, who is of Romanian origin, was changing another child’s diaper when Rose disappeared.
The apartment where she was found dead is within sight of the family’s home.
A spokesman for the prosecutor’s office in Epinal confirmed on Wednesday that the suspect was charged with rape in 2022.
He is “currently charged with kidnapping, rape and sexually assaulting a minor as part of a judicial investigation that dates back to February 2022,” prosecutors said.
The suspect was placed in a “secure unit” before being released “under judicial review” in February, the prosecutor added.
Rambervillers Mayor Jean-Pierre Michel said: “City police officers first discovered the body after the child’s parents sounded the alarm.
“The officers tried to give a cardiac massage, but nothing could be done – unfortunately it was too late.”
The suspect originally told police he saw a girl “fitting the description of Rose.”
Then “he pointed in a completely opposite direction to where the girl was found, no doubt to try to cover his tracks,” the mayor said.
Mr Michel said the suspect was “known to the Metropolitan Police and certainly to the Gendarmerie for acts related to sexual abuse” including “harassment of young children”.

There were recent reports that the suspect “lured young girls to his apartment to tell them he was going to give them a cat”.
The suspect has been formally taken back into police custody where he will be questioned by a coroner.
