The body was found in the landing gear of a plane flying from The Gambia to the UK.

The unidentified body of a black man was found on a jet operated by TUI Airways – a British charter airline – that was flying from Gambia’s capital Banjul to London’s Gatwick Airport, Gambia’s government spokesman said in a statement on Tuesday.
Sussex Police said the body was discovered in Gatwick around 4am on December 7.
In a statement, the force said: “Police were called after the body of a man was found in the undercarriage of a plane at Gatwick Airport which arrived from The Gambia around 4am on December 7th.
“Officials are investigating and a report is being prepared for HM Coroner.”
