In a heartfelt online message, Savannah spoke about Nic’s death.

“Heaven gained the most beautiful angel today… I miss you and I love you,” she wrote over a photo of the two holding hands on the beach.

The Chrisley Knows Best star then revealed his final message to her.

“I’ll save our last ‘I love you’ messages forever,” she said, adding that she missed him. “Please send me a sign that you’re okay.”

She concluded, “We loved hard…and I can’t wait to ride bikes with you on the beaches of heaven one day.”

Nic tragically died in a motorcycle accident on the morning of September 23, 2023 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Nashville police said TMZ that the accident occurred around 3:30 a.m. after Nic passed a stop sign in a residential area north of downtown Nashville.

Authorities said Nic crashed his Indian motorcycle into the driver’s side of a BMW.

FINAL PHOTOS

Nic looked happy and full of life as he celebrated with friends just days before his tragic death.

In his latest Instagram post, Nic smiled with friends as they celebrated in his hometown of Nashville.

The 29-year-old stood up surrounded by his friends at a bar in the first shot as the group posed for a photo together.

Nic wore a simple white t-shirt, khakis and bright white shoes.

He topped it all off with a backwards cap.

In the next picture, Nic was concentrating while driving a mini forklift down the street with just one hand.

The final snap showed Nic and a friend making silly faces at the camera in a bar.

Nic revealed in the caption: “Decent weekend as a tourist in my own city.”

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

Nic’s love of life was on full display in the days before his tragic death.

Earlier this month, Nic shared one scary self-reflection about enjoying your time while you can.

This time, the former professional ice hockey player shared a series of family photos with a message of gratitude.

“Time in this life passes faster every day. I will never take these days for granted again and my advice applies to everyone else too.”

“Love is unconditional and you rarely find it in this world. I am so grateful to have parents, siblings, nieces and nephews who love me as much as they do.”

“I’ve already booked my next trip home and can’t wait to see her again soon! I love you all so much!”
