The FBI, the San Diego Port Police Department and the city’s Fire Brigade are looking into the possible danger at the scene, with K-9 planes assisting with the investigation.

“We have a Alert IV response in the queue with no units assigned,” said Battalion Commander David Pilkerton of the San Diego Fire Department.
