Russian ‘millionaire’ looking for love pays for huge billboard because she says she can’t use Tinder

A RUSSIAN millionaire looking for love bought huge billboards to find her perfect match since she can’t use dating apps.
Mother-of-two Maria Molonova, 26, has decided to rent several billboards in her city of Ulan-Ude to find a husband.

The businesswoman has inserted a QR code asking potential applicants to fill out a questionnaire so that she can evaluate them.
Her ad reads, “A millionaire is looking for a husband.”
Since Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, it has become difficult for Russians to use all the features of dating sites like Tinder, as they cannot pay by card or other means.
Maria told the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper: “The dating applications left Russia, and I have nowhere to meet [a man].
“And I really want to get married.”
The mom is quite active on social media with over 22,000 Instagram followers.
Her advert has reportedly garnered a lot of attention, but she hasn’t revealed if she’s found a suitable candidate.
She told Baikal Daily: “Those who read mine [Instagram] know that I can do anything in life – except build relationships.
“It used to be possible to get acquainted on special dating sites, but now they don’t work in Russia.
“And I have no interest in sitting around just waiting for my husband.
“I’m quite a creative person.”
She said: “I want to cover as much of the city as possible and, if I’m lucky, actually meet a guy.”
In a previous attempt to find a husband, she put an “I want to get married” sign on her car.
