Russia ‘ready to unleash new wave of terror’ in Ukraine by ‘bombing civilians with white phosphorus’

RUSSIA is poised to unleash a new wave of terror by bombing civilians with white phosphorus before a second wave of attacks to seize eastern Ukraine begins, it is feared.
The incendiary bombs, which burn through flesh at temperatures of up to 2,700 degrees, are to be used in a desperate attempt to capture the besieged port city of Mariupol, British officials suspect.
Up to 150,000 civilians are trapped in the city, which Ukrainian militants have been fighting relentlessly Russian attacks.
Bombs containing white phosphorus have already been used over Kyiv and against troops in the east of the country, Ukrainian sources said.
And the British Ministry of Defense warned the tyrant Vladimir Putin’s The earlier deployment raised fears that it could be deployed again if fighting in Mariupol intensified.
The city’s mayor, Vadym Boychenko, claimed that more than 10,000 civilians had died and bodies “carped the streets.”

Fears of further barbaric attacks arose Moscow appointed a ruthless new general to lead Putin’s bloodbath invasion.
General Alexander Dvornikov, who led Russian forces in Syria, was ordered to focus attacks on the contested Donbass region.
Western officials said Dvonikov, 60, is trying to double or triple forces in and around Donbass ahead of the offensive.
But units are struggling to raise enough troops to replace devastating battlefield casualties in the botched but deadly attack on Kyiv.
Almost every third Russian combat unit is no longer combat-capable, officials said.
Ukraine warned that the Donbass attack could begin within days and urged civilians to flee.
But the Western sources said it would take “considerable time” for Moscow to bring its units up to strength.
And they demanded morality among themselves Russia’s frontline troops was at rock bottom.
“We saw large numbers of troops unwilling to fight and refusing to participate in operations,” a source said.
“It’s still unclear how they will overcome some of the morale issues they will have with their troops.
“We know they have issues with their leadership and control.”
An eight-mile convoy of Russian tanks was sighted Saturday moving south through eastern Ukraine.
It is part of a ploy to outflank and cut off the Ukrainian forces defending the Donbass front line from behind.
In the meantime, Crazy Vlad The Chechen henchman has urged him to use nuclear weapons against British and foreign volunteers fighting in Ukraine.
Butcher Ramzan Kadyrov urged Russia to fire doomsday weapons to prevent the West from “laughing at us”.
The 45-year-old Chechen leader said: “NATO, the West is at war with us. That’s no joke.
“NUCLEAR STRIKE”
“I would say: ‘If any mercenary comes to Ukraine, we will strike at certain points with nuclear means.’
“So they don’t mock us.”
Tactical nuclear weapons are designed to destroy smaller areas than ICBMs, which can wipe out entire cities.
Kadyrov’s bloodthirsty thugs were blamed for some of the war’s worst atrocities.
Its eruption came as Russia stepped up missile attacks on Ukraine, with a barrage of Kalibr cruise missiles fired from a warship in Ukraine Black Sea Attack on an airport in downtown Dnipro.
Moscow claimed it wiped out a fleet of S-300 air defense systems handed over to Ukraine by an unnamed EU ally.
Slovakia handed over an S-300 to Ukraine last week but denied it had been destroyed.
They played a crucial role in intercepting missiles and shooting down Russian planes.
At least 66 rockets fell in Kharkiv, killing 11 civilians, officials said.
The city has been under non-stop shelling since repelling a Russian tank attack on the first day of the invasion.
Russian heavy artillery pounded Donetsk and Luhansk in Donbas yesterday, but officials said Ukrainian forces repelled a series of attacks.
Ukraine President Zelenskyy pleaded for more heavy weapons last night, insisting the next few days and weeks would decide the outcome of the war.
He said: “To be honest, whether we can survive depends on it.
“Unfortunately, I don’t have the confidence that we’ll get everything we need.”
He said Mariupol was “completely destroyed.”
But he added: “Nevertheless, the Russians are not stopping their offensive.”
Britain has sent Ukraine 6,000 anti-tank missiles and Prime Minister Boris Johnson promised to deploy a fleet of kamikaze drones120 armored vehicles and hi-tech anti-ship missiles to defend the Black Sea coast.
