Robin Roberts shares breathtaking honeymoon video in Curaçao and reveals to GMA the return date after the dream wedding

ROBIN Roberts has shared a stunning honeymoon video from Curaçao and revealed the date she will return to host Good Morning America.
The newscaster had her dream wedding, marrying her partner of almost 20 years, Amber Laign, 48, on Friday, September 8th.
Robin, 62, updated her fans on Instagram about her honeymoon in Curaçao, a small island nation off the coast of Aruba and Venezuela.
She shared a short video clip showing her toes in the sand next to her wife Amber’s.
Both enjoyed beautiful views of blue waters and tropical green trees.
Robin gushed, “After our wonderful wedding reception filled with dancing galore… it felt so good to wiggle our toes in the sand during our magical honeymoon in beautiful Curaçao!”


She revealed she will be returning from her wedding festivities this week, proclaiming: “I’ll think about that prospect when I get back.” @good morning America Monday morning.”
“I will also think of all the congratulations.
“Thank you and blessings,” Robin concluded.

Robin and Amber met after a blind date in 2005.

The couple kept their romantic partnership secret until 2013.
Former GMA hosts Amy Robach, 50, and TJ Holmes, 46, who were embroiled in a relationship scandal last year, were reportedly not invited.
Robin announced her engagement to Amber back in January on GMA.
“OK, I say yes to marriage!” the host told her colleagues before mentioning that the wedding would take place sometime “this year.”
“It’s something we had talked about but we put it off. She got sick, but it was easy – and it means saying yes to this chapter and the next.”
Robin and Amber are both breast cancer survivors and have helped each other through their health issues.
DREAMY DAY
On August 28, wedding planner JoAnn Gregoli of Elegant Occasions by JoAnn Gregoli joined GMA to show off some of the couple’s wedding decorations.
During the same reveal on GMA, viewers had the opportunity to take a look at the couple’s wedding dress fitting.
However, the two only saw each other in their final look on their wedding day.
“I want us to see each other in our last dress for the first time at the wedding,” Robin told Amber.


Robin and Amber officially tied the knot on Wednesday, September 8, in an intimate wedding ceremony at their home in Farmington, Connecticut.
The happy couple were spotted in the backseat of a classic Rolls Royce on their way back from their wedding night.
