MUD racer Robert Parker has died in an ATV accident at the age of 38.
Tributes are pouring in for the father of three who was a key figure in the mud racing world.
On Wednesday, March 15, Parker suffered a fatal injury in an accident while driving an SUV.
Parker is survived by his wife, Capsey, and their three children, Sawyer, 18, Nathan, 13, and Carleigh, 10.
His loving wife said: “Today I lost my best friend and best father to my children!
“Please pray for me, our children, our family and our friends as we face this impossible task of saying goodbye.”
After news of the accident broke, hundreds of people took to social media to pay their respects to the late racer.
Battle of the Builds posted on Facebook: “Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to the Parker family, friends and Team Momentum Racing.
“Robert Parker, you have inspired countless people in the off-road world.
“You helped shape this industry and may your legacy live on…
“You were a great father, husband, role model and so much more.”
The post added: “It pains us to see you gone but God has you now. Reserve us a seat up there.”
