Richarlison revels in Liverpool’s misery as he laughs at rivals with bus driver tweets after defeat in Champions League final

EVERTON star Richarlison has mocked Liverpool after their Champions League final defeat by Real Madrid.

The Reds lost 1-0 to the side of former Toffees coach Carlo Ancelotti in a chaotic night on and off the pitch in Paris.

And Richarlison couldn’t wait to put the shoe in.

Earlier in the day, the Brazilian had already retweeted a viral tweet mentioning him.

The tweet in question contained four images, including screenshots, and read: “Inject this s***housery into my vens 💉 #Everton @richarlison97”

It started with a post from an account called Real Talk Manchester City, which said: “Apparently Everton fans have set up a front company called Coach Innovations Limited to bring a number of Liverpool fans to Paris for the Champions League final bring.

“Obviously the bus driver Richard Arlison (Richarlison) never showed up and now they’re going to miss the final.”

The next image in the post, which Richarlison retweeted, read: “Due to be picked up at 4pm at Rocket Pub Liverpool by a bus serviced by Coach Innovations, it’s now 10.30pm and still nothing.

“Trip to Paris ruined, now back home, no communication from company #LFC #ChampionsLeagueFinal.”

The next showed a screenshot of an alleged Mr. Richard Arlison as an “active person” within the company – while a fourth was an edited image of a grinning Richarlison driving a bus.

The 25-year-old apparently found the post so funny that he decided to save the edited picture of himself driving the bus.

And when Liverpool lost to Madrid, he decided to post it on his own account.

Real Talk Manchester City had revealed at the time that the first post was a hoax, writing: “Sorry to say guys it seems we’ve all been fooled 😂 It looks like 1) it no joke was at least from some Everton fans and 2) the bus driver is not called “Richard Arlison”.

“Would have been so cruel if it turned out to be true 😂 but these guys missed the game.”

However, Everton fans still loved Richarlison’s post with one caption: “You are amazing😭😭😭😭😭”

While another added: “Richarlison has become a football Twitter legend 💀”

Although not all football fans supported the striker.

One Arsenal supporter joked online: “It’s like a homeless man laughing at a homeowner for losing his keys.

Vinicius Jr.’s goal in the 59th minute was enough to decide the final.

But Thibaut Courtois was happy to take most of the credit for himself and the Belgian said after the game: “Liverpool won two trophies and today they were really strong but I think I played a great game and that was it today the difference because we had a chance and we took it.”
