RHONY’s Eboni K Williams calls out Joy Behar for ‘acting messy’ while appearing on The View

THE View’s Joy Behar was called out by a guest for her “messy” behavior on the show.

Real Housewives of New York City alum Eboni K. Williams has pointed out the host’s extreme reaction to a story she shared on air this week.

Eboni appeared on the show to promote her new book, Bet on Black: The Good News about Being Black in America Today.

Sitting at the table between Joy and Sunny Hostin, she ended up being shocked by a comment from the comedian.

During the chat with the View co-hosts, Eboni shared that she’s recently started dating again.

Her dentist actually set her up with someone, she revealed, but things didn’t go so well in the end.

Eboni told everyone, “I’m dating. My dentist who is so sweet… said “I know a really great guy for you. I really want you to meet him.”

“I say, ‘Doctor, I’m kind of busy creating embryos and writing a book, but okay.'”

While the dentist tried to introduce her, the RHONY alum revealed she appeared to be “ghostly”.

“But we’ll see,” said Eboni. “My DMs and phone are still open.”

Puzzled, Joy asked, “Wait, she set you up with someone and then he ghosted you?”

After the RHONY graduate confirmed this, the 80-year-old shot back: “Well I think you should switch dentists! That’s all.”

“Noooo,” Eboni said, shaking his head from side to side.

“I love you,” she called out to her dentist through the camera, before pointing to the redheaded host next to her and saying, “Joy is messy. I love it!”

After Eboni joined the show in 2021, she was with RHONY for just one season.

She joined season 13, which also happened to be the last for all of the cast of the series.

All of the stars were fired due to poor ratings, and executive producer Andy Cohen revealed at Bravo Con that season 14 would be a reboot with all new cast members.

Sai De Silva, Brynn Whitfield, Erin Dana Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Lizzy Savetsky, Jessel Taank and Ubah Hassan will all star on the show.

Although Lizzy left the series in the middle of filming.

She claimed this was due to her handling of anti-Semitism on her social media.

Page Six reported that the decision to leave was allegedly mutual with Bravo after a behind-the-scenes argument with co-star Brynn.

Last month Andy teased the newly launched RHONY on his Watch What Happens Live series.

The host shared: “You’re super stylish. The things they fight about are as ridiculous as early RHONY.

“I think it’s going to be a different show. It’s so hard because everyone will compare it to RHONY which was so perfect.

“And I hope that’s perfect in a very different way.”
