Melissa Gorga’s long-running stint on THE REAL Housewives of New Jersey reality show may soon be ending, The US Sun has exclusively learned.
A source close to the production claimed that Melissa’s sister-in-law and rival, Teresa Giudice, won’t be leaving – but the Envy boutique owner could very well be.
Melissa and Teresa threw insults at each other during the three-season reunion last month, resulting in the worst feud in Bravo history.
Fans have claimed that at least one of the stars needs to drop out for the show to go ahead.
However, “supervisors say if there’s no Teresa, then there’s no show,” a source told The US Sun.
“If anyone comes out, it’s Melissa.
“She could possibly be on the chopping block.
“After what’s being discussed, I’d be nervous if I were her.”
The source went on to say that everyone in the cast knows it’s “Teresa’s show” and that there would be “no RHONJ without her.”
Back in May, Andy Cohen stayed mum when asked on the Two Ts In A Pod podcast if Melissa or Teresa would be fired.

He replied, “Well, we’re just figuring that out, but I’m going for the fifth point.”
Around the same time, Melissa told the US Sun that she had “no idea” about her future on the show.
“I don’t know what Bravo is going to decide,” Melissa shared back in April.
She then responded to rumors of layoffs on social media.
“I’m not going anywhere… I like my job,” she insisted.
For her part, Teresa also said she was “not going anywhere” after fans believed Andy was going to fire her for making him “knock his socks off” at the reunion.
During a heated exchange during the reunion, the Namaste B$tches co-host yelled at her sister-in-law, “I can’t wait to never see your frigging face again after today!”
Melissa then replied, “Oh, why? Where are you going?”
Teresa then shot back: “You go!”
Now, a source says Teresa has “changed her mind” about filming with her brother Joe Gorga’s wife.
“Teresa said she will be filming with Melissa and just ignore her like she has in the past,” the source shared.
“Ultimately, she’s not going to say no to her job.
“She needs income to fund her daughters’ college education.
“She wants to support the girls on her own and not take advantage of them [her husband] Louie’s money.
Put on pause
An insider told The US Sun that while decisions are still being made by senior management, no deals have been signed.
“The show has been put on hold. There is no expected shooting date at this time,” the insider revealed.
“The cast have been told they have the summer off and that filming may resume in late August.”
The only contracts the source says have been signed are their BravoCon contracts, which will secure their seats at the annual convention.
The season 13 cast consisted of Melissa, Teresa, Dolores Catania, Jennifer Aydin, Margaret Josephs, Danielle Cabral and Rachel Fuda.
Jennifer Fessler and Jackie Goldschneider were regulars but were cast as friends on the show Real Housewives.
According to the source, Jennifer is “safe” as “everyone loves her,” but Jackie appears to be “done” and “won’t be asked back.”
“She doesn’t bring much,” the source said.
The US Sun has reached out to Bravo for comment.
So far, the cast have kept quiet about any news about RHONJ casting or filming, and with good reason.
“The silence order that was sent to everyone before the reunion aired is still in effect. If someone breaks it, they’ll be fined,” an insider told The US Sun.
This is possibly why Andy is the only one addressing rumours.
In a recent interview with Showbiz Cheat Sheethe said, “I think there’s a world where anything can happen,” referring to RHONJ not bringing Melissa or Teresa back.
The Watch What Happens Live host continued, “I think you could leave them both on, you could take one or the other off, or you could take them both off and the show would still be great.”
