Erika, 52, filmed her foot dangling in the air and her pant leg partially pulled back.
Her pants were covered in blood and while she was wearing black strappy high heels, her big toe was also covered in blood.
The Bravo star explained how she was injured in her shot.
Erika explained, “I’m wearing these cute Balmain pants and walking up the stairs at Soho House I ripped off my big toe.”
She continued: “These are my Versace sandals and as you can see I kept them on throughout the meeting and what? I didn’t take that shit off ’cause warriors are warriors.”
She captioned the post: “Pain? Nobody has time for pain. The shoe stayed on until the meeting was over.”
On a second Instagram story slide, Erika showed her bandaged foot in front of a hospital.
She captioned the photo: “Thank you @DrAlexWeber @GTMD213 and Dr. Eric Tan (I don’t have your IG). Toenail off, boots on.”

The longtime Real Housewives cast member has been dealing with serious stresses, including divorce from Tom.
Tom has been embroiled in legal issues involving him and his law firm, with some suggesting that Erika may have known about the alleged crimes.
In March, Erika sparked concern when she posed for a photo showing off her drastically altered physique in a tight jumpsuit.
Her photo was reposted on Reddit, where fans and critics reacted to her body transformation.
