Red Robin employees hid “SPERM in a customer’s salad, causing him to vomit” after he accused them of discrimination, the lawsuit says

An Oregon diner has sued a Red Robin restaurant, alleging employees at the Portland location secretly put semen in his salad.
According to the complaint, the male bodily fluid was allegedly added to the salad as revenge for the customer who accused the restaurant staff of racism.
The lawsuit seeks $1 million in damages for sexual abuse, negligence and racial discrimination against the aggrieved guest.
The plaintiff, who is black, is identified only as CT, according to documents filed with Multnomah County Circuit Court.
This was announced by the plaintiff’s lawyer OregonLive that CT consumed “a decent amount” of the garden lettuce before realizing human seed was hidden in the leafy greens.
The lawsuit alleges the incident began when employees at the Red Robin restaurant on SE93rd in Clackamas did not treat CT’s friends and family as they would other customers.

It adds that CT’s group has been separated from sitting together and the manager, Jason Fosberg, has been accused of calling CT’s group “one big gang”. Fosberg is not accused of contaminating the lettuce.
The lawsuit also states that after sitting down, CT ordered a salad and while eating noticed that CT appeared to contain sperm.
According to a local Fox affiliate, plaintiff attorney Jason Kafoury said CT immediately felt “nauseous, queasy and disgusted.”
CT was later hospitalized for nausea and a panic attack. His attorney said he started throwing up, telling OregonLive, “It was horrible.”
The substance in the lettuce was sent to a laboratory via CT scan, along with the surrounding materials. According to the lawsuit, the substance was later determined to be semen.
Police were investigating the complaint but were unable to obtain DNA samples from employees because the restaurant could not confirm who was working on the night in question due to a data hack in the system, according to court documents.
OregonLive reports that the Red Robin restaurant was later able to provide the employee’s ID, although no further details are available as to why the delay occurred.

“Until today, plaintiff [C.T.] remains traumatized by the incident. [The] The plaintiff has flashbacks and panic attacks related to the incident,” the lawsuit states.
