Putin’s £90million megayacht changes name to ‘Killer Whale’ and flees port near NATO countries after its nuclear threat

VLADIMIR Putin’s £90million megayacht has fled Kaliningrad after the dictator threatened to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine – and changed her name to ‘killer whale’.

The floating mansion, formerly named Graceful, was last seen en route to St Petersburg after leaving its port in the Russian province sandwiched between Poland and Lithuania.

Pictures show the 270-foot vessel has been renamed Kocatka, the Russian word for killer whale.

It had been docked in Kaliningrad Oblast since escaping sanctions by leaving a German shipyard days before Mad Vlad invaded Ukraine in February.

The ship is believed to have turned off its AIS transponders, meaning it cannot be tracked

On-yacht amenities include a swimming pool that can be converted into a dance floor and theater, a grand piano and a cocktail bar.

Putin’s other yacht, the £500million Scheherazade, believed to have been a Christmas present in 2014, is being seized in Italy and now flying the Malaysian flag.

Meanwhile, Putin’s propaganda TV channel has aired a chilling clip “anticipating a nuclear conflict.”

The ominous sequence, broadcast by pro-Kremlin broadcaster NTV, showed nuclear bomb blasts and the “Armageddon” aftermath of the blasts.

NTV is owned by energy giant Gazprom, which released a video last month of Europe “freezing” without Russian gas to mock Western powers.
