INSTANTLY Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down as senior members of the Royal Family, the couple knowingly kept their two adorable children mostly out of the limelight.
But in a serious conversation with the US company BetterUp, the Duke of Sussex gave a rare insight into the daily routine of the family.
During the interview, the father-of-two admitted that he has “experienced burnout” in the past and now prioritizes “taking care of himself” on a daily basis.
This means fixing the interval Archie and Lilibet scheduled a quick meditation.
Most days, Harry says he takes advantage of his daughter’s nap time – since his three-year-old son Archie has started school.
He explains: “Even if you have 15 minutes of white space, now I’ve spent about half an hour or 45 minutes in the morning when I’m feeling ‘okay, one of the kids went to school, the other nap again’, our show will be on hiatus.”

The celebrity couple were said to be treated like any other parent in the school when they took Archie to a nanny near their home in Montecito.
It is alleged that QueenHer grandson is being taught “emotional awareness” and how to care for the environment at the nursery.
The parent of one of Archie’s classmates told Mirror: “Harry often comes to pick up Archie and pick him up, and seems like a good father.
“All the parents have peacefully welcomed Harry and Meghan, without making a fuss.
“And for the other kids, Archie is just one of them.
“They don’t know his parents are royalty, and probably won’t care – unless Meghan is a Disney princess. “
