Prince Harry shares rare details of Archie and Lilibet’s daily routine as he talks about ‘self-care’

INSTANTLY Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down as senior members of the Royal Family, the couple knowingly kept their two adorable children mostly out of the limelight.

But in a serious conversation with the US company BetterUp, the Duke of Sussex gave a rare insight into the daily routine of the family.

During the interview, the father-of-two admitted that he has “experienced burnout” in the past and now prioritizes “taking care of himself” on a daily basis.

Most days, Harry says he takes advantage of his daughter’s nap time – since his three-year-old son Archie has started school.

The celebrity couple were said to be treated like any other parent in the school when they took Archie to a nanny near their home in Montecito.

“They don’t know his parents are royalty, and probably won’t care – unless Meghan is a Disney princess. “
