Prince Harry ‘AXED oldest friend from wedding reception after making remarks about Duchess’

Prince could face ‘coming BAILIFFS’

CAUSE Andrew faces having the bailiff come back to his home – £30m Royal Lodge to expropriate his property – if he loses his case in the sex case trial, a lawyer warned.

There have been claims that he sold his £17m ski chalets in the Swiss Alps to avoid arrest if he loses the case.

And while his home, the Royal Lodge, was not owned by him – he could see officials from the court at the gate.

Attorney Arick Fudali, who worked closely with Epstein’s victims for Lisa Bloom’s company, said Andrew faced foreclosure if he lost.

He told The Sun Online: “There is a method and procedure to seize property, even offshore property, in the event that there is a level of damages and the defendant tries to evade payment.

“This may include seizing bank accounts, physical property, etc.

“Supposing for the sake of this question that there is an award of damages for Prince Andrew, he would be able to avoid foreclosure by posting a bond pending the inevitable appeal.

“Suppose the appeal is in Miss Giuffre’s favor, Prince Andrew will either have to pay the amount owed, settle the matter with a different amount, or risk forfeiture of his property.”
