Andrew strongly denies the claims and all allegations of misconduct brought against him.
The jury’s verdict indicting Maxwell caused alarm in the Prince’s legal team because the burden of proof in a criminal case is much higher than in a civil case, Mirror report.
Legal experts pointed to OJ Simpson, who was acquitted in criminal court but found guilty of double murder in a civil case.
Meanwhile, it’s been reported that Maxwell may start “showing off names” to reduce his lengthy prison sentence.
Socialite, 60, and Andrew, 61, are said to be already know each other for the better part of two decades and she is said to have introduced him to Jeffrey Epstein.

“Maybe she will start to cooperate and say what she knows to try to reduce the prison sentence.
“We know that prosecutors are looking at other accomplices in connection with Jeffrey Epstein’s child sex ring.
“Ghislaine certainly has information that could assist prosecutors in other cases. If she decides to cooperate, her testimony could be devastating.
“She was Epstein’s right-hand man for many years, imagine what she knows?”
Maxwell was not found guilty of soliciting a minor to engage in an illegal sexual act – one of six charges against her.
Maxwell’s beliefs appear as follows:
Meanwhile, it was reported that Andrew’s team insisted Maxwell’s trial was “catastrophic” for his accuser after a victim named ‘Carolyn’ told the court Virginia Roberts had referred her. with Epstein.
The Duke’s lawyers are considering calling Carolyn to testify in the civil case along with other Epstein victims, the report said.
Virginia Roberts Giuffre vehemently denies any role in Epstein’s sex ring.
Andrew’s friendship with Maxwell is said to have become more prominent in the early years of the decade.
Former royal security guard Paul Page is now tell Vanity Fair during that time Maxwell was able to “simply walk into the Palace as if she were a member of the royal family”.
