Royal expert Ingrid Seward reveals how she and Sarah burst into laughter after she mistook her stuffed animal collection for Fergie’s childhood memorabilia.
Ingrid describes how she visited Fergie at the Palace while writing a biography in 1990.
“She just let me into their bedroom and there were about a dozen teddy bears on the bed of the marriage,” she recalls.
“I said to her, ‘Oh Fergie, you still don’t have your old suits, do you?
“And she said, ‘No, it’s all Andrew’. We found it very funny and burst out laughing.”
