PRINCE Andrew is ready to hit Virginia Giuffre with £81million lawsuit.

The Duke is “ready to attack” when she repeats her sex allegations against him in her new book.

“The moment she writes something repeating the original allegations against him, she’ll be hit with a $100million (£81million) defamation lawsuit,” a source claimed.

“Andrew is ready to attack. Then their claims will be examined in court.”

It comes after The Sun revealed he was hoping to overturn the multimillion-pound settlement with Virginia, 39, now their abuse case against a high-profile US barrister has collapsed.

Andrew is consulting with leading US attorneys Andrew Brettler and Blair Berk to try to get them to drop the allegations.

Virginia became a victim of sex trafficking at the hands of pedophile financiers Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

She filed a lawsuit against Andrew in 2021, alleging that he sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions as a teenager.

The Duke of York has always denied the allegations.

Earlier this month it was reported that a bipartisan order for Virginia to remain silent on the case and the financial deal expires in February.
