PPS Staff Hurts Farewell to Fight at Student Achievement Center – CBS Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – An employee of the Pittsburgh Public Schools is recovering after they were injured trying to break up a fight between students yesterday.

It happened at the Student Achievement Center.

Two girls got into a fight and an intervention officer was also injured.

The staff members were taken to urgent care for treatment.

The district did not say how serious the employee’s injuries were.
