NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – NS NYPD is looking for a man who crashed into a police officer with a car while attempting to stop in Queens.
It happened early Saturday morning on 22nd Street in Long Island City.
Police said two officers were trying to stop the driver of the white Mercedes-Benz when the suspect hit one of the officers in the vehicle and drove away.
The officer suffered injuries to his right arm and leg. He was taken to New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in a stable condition.
