Planning for an Oasis reunion begins when an agent plans comeback shows at a legendary venue

Speculations of an Oasis reunion have reached a new high as brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher have started flirting with the idea, causing fans to riot.
I’m told Liam’s live agent Wasserman will be performing a serious play for a huge four day concert series in Knebworth, Herts in 2025.
It would be the first time the band has played together since appearing at V Festival in August 2009.
The Manchester rockers played two record-breaking shows in the grounds of Knebworth Mansion in 1996, to a combined crowd of 250,000.
Former rival Robbie Williams then broke that record in 2003 when he played to a crowd of 375,000 over three nights at the Hertfordshire estate.
The venue has a capacity of around 125,000 people.
A source said: “The plan is very early on and the proposed dates are still a long way off. But if all members agree, history will be made.
Can’t rule it out
“Tickets would sell like hotcakes and fans would be excited to see the band back together.
“It would be the perfect way for Oasis to get back together and wouldn’t require a tedious touring schedule.”
Currently both Noel and Liam are busy with their own solo albums and tour dates for next year.
But if all members can agree to the terms, 2025 would work for both.
This month guitarist Bonehead announced that he would like to reunite the band in 2024 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their debut album Definitely Maybe
Last week, BLUR frontman Damon Albarn predicted a reunion, telling The Sun: “I can guarantee they will reform. In fact, I invested money.
“They are brothers and it would be wonderful to see them reconcile.”
Meanwhile, I announced earlier this year that Liam and Noel are talking again.
Liam’s rep declined to comment, but the singer responded to a fan on Twitter asking about the possibility of a reunion, writing, “It’s happening.”
Noel seemed more receptive to the idea, too.
He admitted he’s getting along “excellently” with his sibling at the moment and can’t rule it out any longer.
He said: “One should never say never, but it would take exceptional circumstances to do so.
“That doesn’t mean that those circumstances would never happen.”
I’d say four nights at a Knebworth would be pretty extraordinary. . .
1D? Get ready for 3D
THERE was a mini One Direction reunion a little over seven years after the boys ditched the band.
I can reveal that Liam Payne has headed to the studio in Los Angeles with his former 1D bandmates Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson, where he has been working on his highly anticipated second album.
I’m told the trio recorded a track for Liam’s record, with guest vocals from Niall and Louis.
A source said: “Liam is a great friend of Niall and Louis and really enjoyed meeting them while they were all in LA. It felt natural being in the studio together, so they all found common ground.
“It was natural for them to sing together and it felt like old times.” They had a real laugh.
“The producers are hoping that Liam will include it in his finished album and the fans will love it.”
Caught live: Lewis Capaldi
LEWIS Capaldi took to the stage for an evening of Q&A to celebrate the release of his new album, Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent – and revealed how difficult it is to make music these days.
After singing tracks like “Someone You Loved” and “Wish You The Best,” he said, “The hardest song I wrote on the album was Pointless.” I have this really good idea for a verse. Then I wrote the chorus and middle eight, mailed it to someone and said, “Do you think we’re going to get sued?” They said, “Yes.” Don’t release it. So I had to change it.”
He told the crowd at Pryzm nightclub in south-west London on Friday: “Luckily I wrote the song with Ed Sheeran, Johnny McDaid and Steve Mac and they have great lawyers.”
Deserves their accolades
CANDICE SwanePoel has done it justice in this tiger print bikini.
The Victoria’s Secret Angel paired it with some denim style for a Tropic of C photoshoot.
The South African model has also caught the attention of Harry Styles, making her the seventh angel he has dated.
The former One Direction singer, who first met Candice while performing at a 2017 Victoria’s Secret show in Shanghai, split from actress and director Olivia Wilde in March.
It seems there’s a new power couple in town.
group chat
Liam, who is doing better than ever with his new sober lifestyle, caused a stir among One Direction fans last week when he revealed the band had set up a new group chat.
When fight fan Liam was asked about a reunion during last week’s boxing match between KSI and Joe Fournier at the OVO Arena in Wembley, north west London, he said: “I don’t know – but we just started a new group chat so that’s something” The interviewer said to the camera, “1D will be back soon,” to which Liam just shrugged while keeping quiet about a comeback.
The band announced they were going on hiatus in 2016 to work on individual projects.
Meanwhile, Harry Styles is busy with his own solo world tour and Zayne Malik is increasingly keeping a low profile.
Last month, Harry tipped off his pal James Corden about the last Late Late show in the US.
James said, “Yes or no, will there be a One Direction reunion?”
Harry replied, “I guess I would never say never to that. If there was a time when we wanted to do it, I don’t see why we wouldn’t.”
Fingers crossed.
Chamomile Nile High
BRIT Award winner Kamille has revealed that Nile Rodgers gave her and Beyoncé the same advice about following your own instincts.
She was named Little Mix’s fifth member after writing Black Magic and Shout Out To My Ex, and won the award for Outstanding Song Collection at Thursday’s Ivor Novello Awards.
Working with CHIC legend Nile on her track Muscle Memory at Abbey Road Studios, Kamille explained, “He said to me what he said to Beyoncé when they were working on Cuff – ‘You just have to do what’s right for you feels, and you have to do that.’” ignore everyone else. When it’s music that comes from the heart, you have to express it, and that’s all that matters.’”
She added, “He took it to the next level and made it a record that sounds like Nile Rodgers, which is a huge honor for me.”
come whatever
JODIE Comer was easily recognizable on the red carpet in New York.
The Killing Eve actress looked sensational at Friday’s Drama League Awards.
Jodie, who played Villanelle on the series, teased that getting shot and falling in the Thames might not be the end of her character.
She said: “I don’t like to think about her floating around on the Thames. So I think she crawled out.”
Breakup between Lottie and Oz lover
LOTTIE Moss has split from boyfriend Daniel Steel after they struggled to maintain their long-distance relationship.
Supermodel Kate Moss’ younger sister confirmed her romance with the Australian model, who is also a part-time firefighter, during a day trip together at Perth Zoo in Oz in January.
But I can reveal that the couple has ended their tumultuous romance.
Daniel still lives in Australia while Lottie divides her time between Los Angeles and London.
A friend said: “Lottie is happily single and diving back into the world of dating.

“They tried to make it work and even talked about moving in together to be closer, but it meant they had to put their old lives behind.”
I’m sure Lottie has plenty of suitable men lined up.
