According to police, the 17-year-old male and his 9-year-old half-brother were playing video games when the two boys started arguing.
According to investigators, the teen is accused of bullying and harassing the child, threatening him with a BB gun.
Somehow, police say the 9-year-old boy found a shotgun and shot and killed his half-brother.

A 7-year-old girl injured her leg as she ran out of her home after the shooting.
It is unclear how the child gained access to the gun and it is not known if charges will be filed.
