Perry Traditional Academy director on leave for calling off fight – CBS Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The principal of Perry Traditional Academy is on leave after breaking up an argument between students on a school bus.
A Pittsburgh Public Schools spokesman confirmed that an employee was put on leave for “personnel actions in the resolution of an altercation between students.”

A source said KDKA’s Jennifer Borrasso the principal put a student in a headlock while he was ending the fight. It is unclear if this student was involved in the fight.
