Paulo Dybala ‘snubs free transfer to Tottenham as Juventus star decides next club’

PAULO DYBALA has reportedly decided which club he wants to join in the summer… and it’s not Tottenham.

The 28-year-old Argentinian is expected to become a free agent at the end of the season when his contract with Juventus expires.

Talks between Dybala and the Serie A giants have collapsed and now it looks more likely than ever that he will end his six-year tenure with The Old Lady – thanks in part to his used car salesman.

Tottenham have been heavily linked with a move for him over a series of transfer windows.

Atletico Madrid, AC Milan and Inter Milan have also been toned down as potential targets.

But according to Foot Mercato as reported by AS, Dybala wants to sign for Paris Saint-Germain.

Ligue 1 leaders’ sporting director Leonardo has always been interested in Dybala.

And he might well see this as the perfect opportunity to acquire his services without paying a transfer fee.

However, while Dybala is keen to play with compatriot Lionel Messi, the PSG manager’s uncertainty means all deals have been made more complicated.

It is not yet known who will become the club’s head coach in the summer.

Current coach Mauricio Pochettino has been heavily criticized after being knocked out of the Champions League round of 16 by Real Madrid.

And he has been touted as a candidate for Man Utd’s vacancy alongside Ajax boss Erik ten Hag.

If Pochettino is set to be sacked, the report suggests Dybala’s signing for PSG becomes less likely.
