Paul Pelosi’s hammer attack was revealed in shocking bodycam footage as cops released the moment he was hit

Police have released bodycam video of the horrific moment Nancy Pelosi’s husband was attacked at their San Francisco home.

The husband of former Democratic House Speaker Paul Pelosi, 82, suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized after the attack in October.

Video of the incident shows Pelosi, wearing a button-down shirt and boxer shorts, opening the door for police alongside alleged attacker David DePape.

Both DePage and Pelosi are seen with their hands on the gavel as police instruct DePage to drop it.

At that moment, DePage lunged at Pelosi and hit him in the head with the hammer.

Pelosi then fell to the world as police tackled DePage.
