In the clip, Hart tried to escape from a sand trap.

But as the golf influencer executed a swing, she appeared to hit the ball and it flew toward her cameraman, Remec Carlson.

Karin then apologized in the caption to Carlson as she uploaded the video for her 163,000 Instagram followers.

“Old Shankadoodle… sorry,” she wrote the post and added faces with cold sweats and laughing emojis, among other things.

Many fans shared Hart’s pain and said they recalled taking multiple blows to the legs themselves.

Some also praised the social media star for her outfit, as Karin wore a lightweight crop top and black skirt on the day.

Carlson also left a comment mocking the situation.

“Luckily I have Jason Bourne type reflexes,” wrote the cinematographer.

And Hart replied, “You really do,” adding a laughing emoji.

Hart excelled on the athletic field from a young age, excelling in cross country skiing, swimming and lacrosse in high school.

She then played lacrosse at D1 level for the University of Denver.

Karin is now a hugely successful social media star, regularly sharing golf content with her legion of fans.

She follows a similar path to Spiranac, whose social media prominence has resulted in lucrative partnerships and photo shoots with famous magazines.
