Concerns about his behavior in the days leading up to the Oxford school shooting were reported by two teachers.
Ethan Crumbley, 15, faces terrorism and murder charges following the death of classmates Tate Myre, 16, Hana St. Juliana, 14, Madisyn Baldwin and Justin Shilling 17.
It has now emerged that the teenagers were first reported by a teacher on Monday – the day before the massacre.
Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard told CNN.
Sheriff Bouchard added: “They had a consultation session on the matter with school officials, and a phone call was left with the parent.”
He was then reported by another teacher the next day – the day of the shooting.
Sheriff Bouchard added: “Another teacher in another classroom saw some behavior that they found disturbing, and they took the child down to the office.”
The reports led to two separate meetings with Crumbley – including one with his parents and school officials just hours before the massacre occurred.
“It was eventually determined that he was able to return to the classroom,” added Sheriff Bouchard.
It’s not clear what the teacher’s exact concerns are.
But police confirmed that they were looking into why Crumbley was allowed to return to classrooms on Tuesday.
Sheriff Bouchard said security footage from the school showed the gunman appearing to aim for the victim’s head or chest.
Police said that the sophomore 15 years old Petty, trifling stepped out of the bathroom and fired a semi-automatic pistol, shooting at students as they moved down the hallway.
According to the sheriff, his father bought a 9mm Sig Sauer gun last week.
Minutes later, Crumbley was arrested after raising his hand in the air.
Investigators discovered that he had filmed a video the night before the bloodshed in which he discussed killing the students, said Lieutenant Tim Willis of the sheriff’s office. .
“This was not just an impulsive act,” prosecutor Karen McDonald told reporters.
Crumbley is also said to have write about killing a classmate in a magazine and on his phone.

And an Instagram page that supposedly belongs to Crumbley also appeared to show Ethan had a “countdown to the devil’s return” and wrote, “now I’ve become death – the destroyer of the world – see you in Oxford tomorrow.”
Willis said: “There were two separate videos recovered from Ethan’s cell phone made by him the night before the incident, in which he talked about shooting and killing the student the next day. at Oxford High School.
His magazine “details”[ed] his wish is to blow up the school, including the killing of students,” the court heard Wednesday.
Assistant prosecutor Marc Keast said Crumbley – who pleaded not guilty – “intentionally carried a pistol that day with the intention of killing as many students as possible.”

And prosecutor Karen McDonald said the shooting was premeditated, based on a “mountain of digital evidence” against Crumbley.
Crumbley – who pleaded not guilty – was arranged by video conference on Wednesday and accompanied by his parents on the call.
He will be transferred from a juvenile detention center to the Oakland County adult prison, where he will be quarantined and placed on suicide watch.
Crumbley was charged on Wednesday as an adult one count of terrorism, four counts of first-degree murder, seven counts of assault with intent to kill, and 12 counts of possession of a firearm.
Prosecutors confirmed that he will be tried as an adult.
