Outlander Season 5 isn’t coming to Netflix in April

stranger has already been a hugely popular show since it premiered on Starz in 2014. And since the first four seasons were added to Netflix, her fan base has only grown. Some may wonder when to catch stranger Season 5 on Netflix.

Unfortunately, we won’t see Season 5 in April 2022. Netflix has shared its list of movies and shows scheduled for release in April and April stranger Season 5 wasn’t one of them. The first four seasons can currently be streamed on the streaming service. Season 4 was added in January 201 over a year ago.

So it’s been a while since Netflix subscribers have seen it stranger. And you may have to wait a little longer. The fifth season has a total of 12 episodes and the finale aired on Starz in May 2020. While we can’t say for sure, this date gives us a clue as to when stranger Season 5 could appear on Netflix.

There seems to be a pattern with the release of new seasons on Netflix. New seasons of stranger are typically canceled two years after each season’s end date on Starz. That means there’s a very good chance Season 5 will come to Netflix in May 2022. Fingers crossed!

The wait can be very hard, especially for two years. That’s a long time! The main reason for this is probably that the popular series is not a Netflix original. It’s highly likely that agreements between Netflix and Starz state that the streaming service will have to wait that period before adding the title. After all, Starz doesn’t want to miss the chance to get more subscribers for the show himself.

It’s not a funny situation for the viewers. There are so many streaming services out there and sometimes it feels like it’s too much. But if you wanna watch stranger Season 5 as well as the most recent season (season 6 which premiered on March 6th) then you can go to Starz. Otherwise, hopefully it will continue to follow the same pattern and the season will be available on Netflix within a month.
