Video games can engage our senses in many different ways. Of course, their image has grown dramatically over the years. NS PS5 has also further improved the way we feel and play games through its DualSense and its 3D Pulse Headset. There have even been games you can smell in the past, although they don’t perform too well. That hasn’t stopped PlayStation from seemingly looking into that arena for the future, though.
PlayStation has now partnered with Deliveroo to give Australian players the chance to enjoy some of their games. Well, sort of. Three restaurants using the delivery service are creating three dishes inspired by iconic PlayStation games. The three dishes are available to order right now, but unfortunately they have only been created in Australia for now.
Mary’s Burger Joint recreates the steak sandwich you see Ellie eating The Last Of Us Part 2, and The Italian Bowl is preparing Thief’s Pasta dishes inspired by the very dishes you see in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. However, the main event can also be a trivia created as an homage to Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. It’s called Sirangian Honey Mousse and it looks delicious and looks exactly like the one you can see Rivet eating. Nominated Game of the Year.

The PlayStation To Plate initiative is currently live and will run until December 13, 2021. There is currently no word on whether it will be available outside of Australia at any point in the future. , whether through Deliveroo or a similar service.
