Our local McDonald’s is the ‘WORST’ in the UK – the burgers are always ice cold and deliveries take forever

Frustrated McDonald’s customers have slammed their local store for poor food and no deliveries.

McDonald’s Westway restaurant in Ealing, west London, has faced criticism – some said it was worse than any of its competitors.

A local used Facebook to warn others not to order from the store.

“Don’t order from McDonald’s Westway, I’m just reporting a scam,” he wrote.

“The meal was not delivered but was marked as delivered and the money has disappeared from my account.”

Others said their food was often cold and late despite living nearby.

“It was freezing every time,” they wrote.

“Considering I live nine minutes away by car, delivery takes over 25 minutes each time and they always have trouble finding a driver because they are so busy my order sits on the side for 15 minutes , while they find someone to deliver it.

“I ordered tonight and it was ruined, it refrozen and in fact it was the wrong order. When I tried to call them for an apparent refund they didn’t answer!”

Others, however, were more compassionate and praised the store staff for their service.

“Such a great team here. They are always busy but remain respectful and friendly,” one person wrote.

“My little sister is allergic to dairy and loves the mayo chicken – they always make sure it doesn’t have mayonnaise in it.”

McDonald’s said its employees work hard to ensure every meal is enjoyed.

“We are proud to serve around four million customers every day in over 1,450 restaurants across the UK and Ireland,” it said in a statement.

“Our restaurant teams work hard to ensure that every customer who orders from McDonald’s has a positive experience, and we are disappointed to hear of cases that don’t meet our high standards.”
