Oscars 2022 will host again for the first time since 2018 – NBC10 Philadelphia

The Academy Awards are returning to tradition.
The 94th Academy Awards ceremony on March 27 will be chaired three years later when the ceremony went without a host, an ABC executive said Tuesday.
Craig Erwich, president of Hulu Originals and ABC Entertainment, confirmed the decision during the Winter Television Critics Association virtual press tour, Various reports.
Erwich did not specify who should get the gig. “It could be me,” he joked. He says he’s confident Will Packer, this year’s TV show host producer, will choose the right person.
