Oreo cakesters were popular in the 2000s before being discontinued in 2012.
But after a 10-year hiatus in 2022, the snacks returned and are staying on store shelves.
In May the brand promoting the sweet treat, teasing, “Now you can have your cake and OREO cookie too.”
It’s unknown how long Oreo Cakesters will stay on shelves, and shoppers have been snapping up packages while they can.

One shopper said: “After almost a year of searching I’ve just found a bulk pack at Sam’s Club. It’s now my kid’s favorite snack.”
They said they would “never forgive” Oreo if cookies were stopped.
Fans have praised the cookies while others admitted they are addicted to the sweet treat.
Twitter user Rach commented, “There are a lot of things I would do for Oreo Cakesters.”
Another posted, “Next time I go to the store I’ll buy some Oreo cakesters.”
And a third said: “I don’t like Oreo cookies but these Cakesters are a whole different beast and they’re amazing.”
Those with a sweet tooth have turned to Oreo for making cakesters coated in fudge.
Oreo cakesters aren’t the only treat the bosses of Mondelez International — Oreo’s parent company — have brought with them.
Fans are delighted that the brand’s cotton candy flavored cookies have also made a return.
The flavor first hit shelves as a limited edition in 2015 before being discontinued.
However, not all of the brand’s decisions are well received by buyers.
Dessert lovers have complained that Oreo’s Pie Crust has been cancelled.
A spokesman for Mondelez told The US Sun that the company has no plans to bring the item back.
But they said, “We will continue to listen to our fans and have brought back limited edition products in the past due to popular demand.”

Nostalgic fans have also clamored for the return of the brand’s discontinued snack Oreo Sippers.
The US Sun has reported that chocolate maker Hershey’s has confirmed that Reese’s swoops won’t be making a comeback any time soon – despite popular demand from fans.
