Only 180 moves will be available in Pokemon Legends Arceus

It looks like many of the moves fans are familiar with will be missing from Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

The new test title of Ths will be released on January 28th soon. As that date is near, the drains have opened and all leaks will be cleared. Details about the game are being revealed, including information about Pokedexitems and moves.

Severely reduced available moves Pokemon can learn in the new game

According to the Centro Leaks Twitter Account, there will be only 180 transfers to Pokemon Legend: Arceus. This is a huge drop from the 850 moves that currently exist in the franchise.

This bomb scene has received mixed emotions from fans. While some are still in shock, others welcome the simpler approach.

What’s even more shocking about the small number of moves in the new game is that 25 of them seem to be new moves. This leaves 155 traditional moves from the franchise.

The full list of 25 new moves reported in the new game is as follows:

• Storm Bleakwind
• Hurricane Wildbolt
• Hurricane Sandsear
• Moon Blessing
• Take the heart

Storm moves (Bleakwind Storm, Wildbolt Storm and Sandsear Storm) are expected to be the signature moves for TornadusThundurus and Landorus respectively.

So why lack of water? Well, the new game’s setting is said to be the region of Hisui, a prehistoric version of Sinnoh. Many elements of the game are more rustic because they do not have the same technology as in games with more modern settings.

Most likely because the game is set in the past, most of the moves that fans are familiar with are still unexplored.

However, what can’t be predicted right now is how it will affect move sets. Certain Pokemon may be missing the moves they normally benefit from. All players can do is wait and see.
