ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning from late Tuesday to Midday Thursday. This dangerous winter storm is on track to bring extreme impacts to the region with heavy snowfall, hail and freezing rain all affecting the area.
In addition, strong winds can combine with the weight of snow and ice-covered branches to topple power lines and cause sporadic blackouts. Travel will become very dangerous Wednesday morning and could be near-impossible during the heaviest snowfall from Wednesday night to Thursday morning.
